Tamfol seeks a Senior Support Worker for our West Lothian Housing Support Services in Bathgate and Livingston. You will support the management team to uphold autism-specific, person-centered practices and help implement the service development plan.

This role requires PVG clearance and SSSC registration or equivalent, with on-call duties expected. Applicants should have knowledge of social care regulations and be committed to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the social care sector.
• PVG scheme and SSSC registration are required or equivalent regulatory body.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the staff team to maintain high care standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing service development plans and communication plans.
• Coordinate with practice support to ensure consistent practices across support networks.
