Scottish Autism is seeking Autism Practitioners (Support Workers) for the South West Area (Carluke, Lanark, Biggar, Lamington) in Scotland. Roles include full-time and part-time positions with weekend contracts and sleepover options. Starting pay £13.45 per hour, rising to £14.15; sleepover rate £107.60.

PVG check required; visa sponsorship not available. Join a charity supporting 30+ autistic people across Biggar, Lanark, Carluke, Lamington and residential services, helping individuals lead

• Develop, review and implement personalised support plans.
• Build positive relationships with the person and their circles of support.
• Collaborate to keep life goals at the centre of support.
• Support individuals to take part in activities and access community opportunities.
• Help maintain tenancies and support decision-making.
• Promote independence and active citizenship; support with household chores; personal care if required.
• Holding a full UK Driving License is advantageous.
