Job summary

HRC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Autism Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Lochgelly, Fife. The role supports adults with autism in their own home, on a 2:1 rota with day shifts and sleepovers, providing person-centred care to promote independence.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months UK support work experience, a friendly and positive attitude, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Autism Support Worker - Fife

£13.45 - £14.00 per hour | Temp to Perm

HRC Recruitment is looking for an experienced Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting adults with autism in their own home in Lochgelly, Fife.

This is a 2:1 support service, providing 24/7 support through a rota consisting of both day shifts and sleepovers. We're looking for someone with a friendly, fun and enthusiastic personality who enjoys helping others live fulfilling, independent lives.
