Job summary

HRC Recruitment is seeking an Autism Support Worker to assist adults with autism in their own homes in Lochgelly, Fife. The role is a 2:1 support service with a rota of day shifts and sleepovers, offering £13.45–£14.00 per hour on a temp-to-perm basis.

You will support independent living, encourage activities, provide personal care, and work with a friendly, passionate team to deliver person-centred support.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months UK support work experience.
• Friendly, caring and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting others.
• Driving licence is desirable but not essential.

HRC Recruitment is looking for an experienced Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting adults with autism in their own home in Lochgelly, Fife.

This is a 2:1 support service, providing 24/7 support through a rota consisting of both day shifts and sleepovers. We're looking for someone with a friendly, fun and enthusiastic personality who enjoys helping others live fulfilling, independent lives.

• Providing personal care and supporting with daily living tasks
