Job summary

Voyage Care in Stone Cross is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to lead our residential service. You will help people gain independence and support the team to deliver high-quality care.

You will supervise daily operations, allocate shifts, oversee training, and assist with medication ordering to ensure safe, person-centred support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Support Worker preferred.
• Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress and mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supervision and management of the residential service.
• Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues and support supervision.
• Assist with ordering medication and ensure people receive supported financial management.

Senior Support Worker - Stone Cross - £13.72 per hour

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We're currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Stone Cross. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision's, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You'll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.
