Your Day-to-DayYoull be working full time, 42 hours a week (day shifts only). Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfare needs & report as required Support management in the day-to-day running of the service Undertake supervisory & administrative responsibilities Safeguard Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.You are An experienced Support Worker ready to step up to a new challenge Genuinely driven to make a difference in peoples lives Confident, assertive & ambitious for yourself, service users & the organisation An excellent communicator & good team player Sensitive & intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment Able to empower & support service user independence Organised, committed & keen to develop your management & leadership skills.Why Cygnet?
