Job summary

Fitzroy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead shifts and support two services in Blofield Heath and Thorpe St Andrews, working with six people with learning disabilities across both locations.

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to support two of our services in Blofield Heath and Thorpe St Andrews, working with a total of 6 people we support with learning disabilities across both locations.

This role is based across two services in Blofield Heath and Thorpe St Andrews, so flexibility and the ability to travel between locations is essential.

This is a rewarding and varied role where you will play a key part in leading shifts, supporting colleagues, and ensuring the people we support live happy, healthy and independent lives.

About the Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide high quality, person-centred support to people with learning disabilities across both services in Blofield Heath and Thorpe St Andrews
  • Lead shifts and support the wider team
  • Support with care planning and risk assessments

About You

To be successful, you will:
