Job summary

Lloyd's Register International is seeking Senior Care and Support Workers for a supported living project in Hadleigh, Suffolk. roles include part-time (20 hours) and full-time (37.5 hours) positions providing accommodation and care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will work with a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care, assist with daily living tasks, and promote dignity and independence while maintaining records and safeguarding compliance.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Care (or willingness to complete).
• Ideally, 2+ years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• A caring, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be a driver.

Responsibilities
