Job description

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our services located in a beautiful small bungalow in Kirkdale, Liverpool.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting 6 females with complex mental health conditions
• Providing 1-1 support and promoting well-being
• Collaborating with the service manager and staff to maintain high support standards
• Participating in an on-call system
• Engaging with the individuals' interests and preferences
• Developing community links and supporting independent living and life skills
• Completing administrative duties as needed
• Working within a small, busy, and vibrant residential service

Who you are:

• Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise
• Exceptional at building relationships and influencing others
• Experienced in support work
• Possess a Level 3 NVQ or willing to work towards one
• Positive attitude under pressure, capable of delivering results
• Quick learner, flexible, hands-on
• Willing to work shifts including days, nights, and be part of an on-call system
