Cambian employees are friendly, supportive and all focused on achieving the best outcomes for everyone involved with our service. We are looking for Senior Team Leaders to be part of our New Opening to build a stable and welcoming environment where our young people are central to everything we do.
As the new Senior Team Leader, you will be emotionally strong and driven to make a difference daily. Most importantly, you will understand our children and their backgrounds, ensuring their needs are prioritized. You will be approachable, detail-oriented, and ensure children’s safety and adherence to protocols and regulations.
Do you have what it takes to encourage and help our children live independently and guide them with your own life experiences? We believe you will need empathy, compassion, resilience, and positive parenting skills.
The workday can be unpredictable, involving organizing activities and providing 1:1 support.
We seek enthusiastic, energetic, flexible, and caring individuals across Wigan to improve the lives of young people in our care.
The impact you will have is significant as you are involved in all aspects of their daily lives.
In addition to a £1000 Refer a Friend Scheme, we offer:
