To work within the domiciliary service, supporting people to remain within their own homes. The role is client-facing and involves developing strength-based support plans that enable individuals to maintain their dignity and independence while empowering them to make choices about their support. Support plans and documentation must be regularly updated and reviewed to reflect changing needs, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.

This role requires an Enhanced DBS Check with Adults Barred List check. It involves working in regulated activity with Adults. It is an offence for barred individuals to apply for roles involving unsupervised work with Adults.
