Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Orchard House in Withington. You will be dedicated to providing high-quality care, using the latest care technology, and building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working with older adults in residential care
• Flexible, patient, caring, organized, and good with people
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Working towards or completed QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
