Job summary

Cygnet Healthcare is seeking Female Support Workers to join the team at Cygnet Ashbrook. You will work 42 hours per week on a mix of days and nights, including alternate weekends, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge.

You must have a Full UK Driving Licence to drive service users to activities and provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required as you will drive service users to activities.
• At least 1 year experience in a support setting with learning disabilities.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration are essential.
• Caring, understanding and energetic to provide a trusting, stimulating environment.
• Passionate about empowering and supporting service user independence.

Individuals are supported to hold their own tenancy agreement with a registered housing association.
