Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for a Children''s Residential Home in Burton upon Trent. You will lead shifts, mentor junior staff and work with management to ensure high-quality care for children and young people.

The role offers a £30,000 salary, a 2 on, 4 off shift pattern, sleep-in overtime paid at time and a half, ongoing training and clear progression within a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a Children's Residential setting.
• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or willingness to step up into a senior role.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
• Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and support to young people.
