Job Title: Senior Support Worker

Accountable to: Registered Manager, Deputy Manager / Team Leader

Location: Roles in Solihull

Salary: £25,300 - £26,800 plus £60 per sleep over

Person Specification

• Level 3 Health and Social Care, Children and Young People qualification or equivalent (essential)
• Full UK manual driving license
• Right to Work in the UK
• Sponsorship is not offered
• At least 2 years experience working with children and young people in a residential setting with complex mental health needs, attachment issues, and challenging behaviors (verbal and physical)
