We are recruiting 2 highly ambitious and qualified Senior Residential Youth Workers to join our client's successful and experienced staff team in a children’s residential care home.

Role Overview:
You will work with young people aged 11 to 18 who are in the care system for various reasons, with diverse disorders, behaviors, and needs. We seek individuals who possess confidence, understanding, patience, and skills to work effectively with young people and positively impact their lives.
This position involves providing guidance, interaction, and support to children and young adults in residential care, aiming to create a safe environment that addresses their intellectual, spiritual, social, and emotional needs.
In this role, you will support children and young people throughout the day with tasks such as meal preparation, social activities, family contacts, education, and shopping.
We are looking for positive role models who are flexible, reliable, and interactive, eager to work within a specialist environment.
Additional requirements include completing an enhanced DBS check as part of the recruitment process and participating in a paid five-day training programme.
This is a permanent role with opportunities for future career development.
The role is based on a 38-hour week and may include sleep-in duties and occasional weekend shifts.
