We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our supported living Service Discovery Way in Arbury, Cambridge. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
As a Senior Support Worker with us, you'll be helping people gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Your responsibilities may include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting supervision, ordering medication, and supporting individuals in managing their finances. You will remain at the heart of providing day-to-day support, ensuring the people we support are empowered and cared for.
This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful difference in others’ lives, whether by helping colleagues grow in confidence or supporting individuals to achieve their independence and goals.
We value both experience and the right values. Candidates should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, and experience working with people with LD and Autism.
