Are you an experienced support worker ready to lead and inspire? I am seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker for a rewarding opportunity in Barnstaple, Devon.

  • Additional Pay: Approximately 6,240 per annum for sleeps (on call - 62.50 Monday - Friday and 89.25) significantly increasing your earning potential.

The Role of a Senior Support Worker - Children's residential Services:
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll lead shifts, implement care plans, mentor staff, and ensure the safety and well-being of the young people in your care. This role offers a chance to utilise your experience to create a positive impact.
