Job Opportunity: Senior Support Worker

Cheryl and Craig are seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join their team. Cheryl is a sociable individual who enjoys horse riding, visiting the beach, singing, karaoke, and volunteering at her local homeless charity. Craig, her boyfriend, is a lively person who enjoys going to the gym, swimming, watching football, and visiting the pub.

Essential Requirements:

• Only female applicants are requested, as this position is a genuine occupational requirement under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975.
• Valid full UK driving license.

Contract Details:

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The role involves supporting Cheryl and Craig to increase their independence, stepping up in the absence of team leaders, and providing emotional and practical support.
