Priory is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join Highfields in Chasetown, Staffordshire. You will supervise and coach care staff, lead shift handovers and team meetings, and ensure delivery of person-centred support for residents with autistic spectrum needs or learning disabilities.
This role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting residents to live independently, maintaining accurate records, administering medication safely, and upholding safeguarding and care standards.

Highfields is located in Chasetown, Staffordshire. We offer residential support for eight males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability. Highfields is on the edge of a suburban area, close to a local Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will act as a positive role model, providing effective supervision and guidance to support staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times. You will play a key role in supervising day-to-day operations, coaching colleagues, leading team meetings, and ensuring the people who use our service are supported to live fulfilling, independent lives.
