Priory Lynbrook in the Preston area is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join a residential service for four adults on the autism spectrum or with a learning disability. The role involves leading shifts, implementing person-centred care plans and supervising staff to ensure compassionate, safe support.
You will work across 07:30–13:00, 13:00–22:00, or sleep-in duties with a rotating weekend pattern and a 4‑week rota.

Lynbrook has an opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our team.
Our shift patterns are 07:30am - 1pm / 1pm - 10pm / sleep in duties with a flexible working pattern: Week 1 - weekend working, Week 2 - weekend off.
Rota always given 4 weeks in advance.
Lynbrook is located in Bamber Bridge, a suburb of Preston, and offers residential support for four adults, who are on the autism spectrum or have a learning disability. The service is located on a side road in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood.
