Job Title: Senior Support Worker

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supervising and supporting a team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to service users. You will contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, promote a positive and empowering environment, and lead by example to inspire your team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide guidance, supervision, and leadership to a team of Support Workers.
• Ensure that care plans are implemented effectively and that the care provided meets high standards.
• Conduct assessments of service users' needs and regularly review their progress.
• Build strong, positive relationships with service users, promoting their independence and involvement in decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Support Worker.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships.
