Job summary

CareTech Cosy Lodge in Westwell Leacon, Charing, is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to lead a small team and deliver compassionate, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The role offers a rewarding, long-term career where you can truly make a difference.

You will supervise shifts, ensure high-quality support plans are followed, coordinate activities and maintain thorough records.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech).
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers with day-to-day direction.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centered support and follow care plans.
• Coordinate activities, appointments and community engagement for those supported.
• Maintain high standards of record-keeping and incident reporting.
• Participate in Senior On-call rota and respond to operational needs.
