Creative Support is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Bedford for our learning disabilities supported living services. You will supervise a staff team, help with rotas and audits, and coach junior staff while supporting tenants to achieve their goals.

The role requires 2+ years in social care, a warm and conscientious approach, and good verbal and written communication. Shift patterns include early, late and weekend duties in a full-time post.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of social care experience required.
• Supervise a staff team and assist with rotas and audits.
• Provide on the job coaching to junior staff.
• Must be warm, diligent and conscientious with good communication skills.
