Job summary

Keys Group at Conway Drive LE12 is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a team and deliver high-quality care for residents with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism.

You will ensure care plans are followed, report accurately, and support activity engagement while liaising with health professionals and families. NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Desire to live the company values.
• Experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Support Workers.
• Provide high standards of care and support for service users in line with care plans.
• Encourage activities to promote community relationships.
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and work to care plans.
• Liaise with health professionals and families.
• Complete supervisions and audits.
• Ensure all duties are performed to required standards and maintain a positive home atmosphere.
