CareTech is recruiting a Support Worker for Cosy Lodge in Charing, near Ashford, to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) with a rota that includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. Salary includes a daytime rate of £13.03 per hour and a sleep-in rate of £78.30.
Full training provided. We value empathy, reliability and good communication.

About the Service – Cosy Lodge
Cosy Lodge is a care home which provides care and support for up to 7 people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder with additional physical disability needs. This service is located in bungalow accommodation and fully accessible for people in wheelchairs.
The service is situated just off the A20 between Ashford and Charing and has on site parking.

We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
