Job summary

Hillarys in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Planner to join our Planning team, overseeing material resource planning across UK sites and ensuring products and materials meet customer and production needs.

You will own end-to-end planning, optimise SAP MRP, mentor junior planners, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making to improve inventory and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in MRP, supply planning or similar.
• Experience in a UK supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Strong SAP MRP knowledge and/or SAP module experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage material resource and supply planning across UK sites, balancing demand, availability and inventory.
• Ensure finished goods and raw materials are available to meet production and customer needs.
• Forecast demand including new products and promotions while balancing service levels and stock turns.
• Identify and address stock shortages and manage replenishment.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams across Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Service and Finance.
• Design and improve MRP processes, policies and controls.
• Support continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
