March Recruitment is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to balance demand and supply, optimize inventory and ensure efficient operations under the direction of the VP, Supply Chain UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities include demand and supply planning, forecasting, capacity and inventory management, S&OP optimization, and performance monitoring. Requires a minimum of 3 years in planning with strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, controlling, or similar fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in statistical forecasting and data analysis.
• Ability to work proactively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Coordination – Manage and optimize demand and supply planning to ensure product availability while minimizing costs.
• Forecasting & Analysis – Generate statistical forecasts, incorporate sales projections, and analyze supply capabilities for accurate planning.
• Capacity & Inventory Management – Assess long-term production capacity, identify material constraints, and analyze inventory levels, rotation, and logistics capacity.
• S&OP Optimization – Review and enhance Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) performance to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring – Track key metrics, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
