Job summary

Gousto is seeking a data-focused analytics engineer within the Supply Chain & Logistics division to own tools and APIs that support daily ordering, freshness, and stock management. You will bridge Supply Chain and the Pumpkins tech team, turning operational needs into reliable tooling and live integrations.

You will lead larger initiatives, mentor teammates, and maintain critical documentation to ensure tooling resilience and scalable analytics across our production sites.

Qualifications

• Strong working proficiency in Python, including building small apps/tools with Tkinter, xlwings, or PyInstaller.
• Working knowledge of SQL and cloud data platforms such as Databricks or dbt.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets, with App Script or VBA for automation.
• Experience integrating with or troubleshooting ERP/Dynamics-style Purchase Order APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve critical daily Supply Chain tools using Python, VBA, and Google Sheets/App Script.
• Maintain the Dynamics 365 Purchase Order API integration and troubleshoot authentication, PO headers/lines, and data errors.
• Collaborate with Pumpkins product and engineering on tooling requirements, testing releases, and supporting order UIs and visualisations.
• Analyze Supply Chain data in Databricks, dbt, and SQL to identify trends and KPI improvements (OTIF, waste).
• Present findings to stakeholders and senior management within the Convenience tribe planning.
