Job summary

Gousto is seeking a skilled analytics engineer to own the analytics, tooling, and systems that underpin daily Supply Chain decisions across production sites. You will bridge SCM and the Technology team, translating operational needs into tools and troubleshooting live integrations.

In this role you will lead larger initiatives, mentor colleagues, and help drive data-driven improvements to KPIs such as OTIF and waste cost, using Python, SQL, Databricks, and related tech.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills for building small tools.
• SQL knowledge and cloud data platforms (Databricks/dbt).
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets with automation (App Script/VBA).
• Experience with APIs and ERP/Dynamics-type PO systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve daily Supply Chain tooling (Python, VBA, Sheets).
• Maintain Dynamics 365 PO API integration and troubleshoot data errors.
• Collaborate with Pumpkins product/engineering on tooling and UIs.
• Analyse data in Databricks/dbt/SQL to identify trends and KPI improvements.
• Represent SCM in planning meetings and present findings.
