Job summary

Gousto in the United Kingdom is seeking a technically oriented Analytics Engineer within the Supply Chain & Logistics division. You will own the analytics, tooling, and systems that underpin daily ordering, freshness, and stock-management decisions across production sites.

You will bridge Supply Chain and the Technology team, translating operational needs into working tools and troubleshooting live integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development for analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and Databricks or dbt.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets with App Script or VBA.
• Experience integrating or troubleshooting APIs, especially ERP/Dynamics PO.
• Structured problem solving with end-to-end ownership.
• Able to translate ambiguous challenges into technical solutions.
• Effective cross-functional communication across teams.
• Willingness to mentor teammates in technical skills.
• Curious, humble and eager to learn new tools.
• Familiar with supply chain, FMCG, or food production domains (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Own and improve daily supply chain tools (Python, VBA, Sheets).
• Maintain Dynamics 365 PO API integration and troubleshoot issues.
• Partner with Pumpkins team to gather requirements and build UIs.
• Analyze data in Databricks and dbt to identify KPI improvements.
• Represent SC & Logistics in tribe planning and present findings.
• Provide tooling support sessions and document knowledge.
• Support transformational initiatives with cross-functional teams.
