Job summary

Gousto, a leading UK recipe box company, is seeking a data & planning professional to own core datasets and the semantic layer, driving forecasting, capacity planning and labour scheduling. You will build self-service analytics and automated reporting to reduce manual analysis and support end-to-end planning improvements.

You will work with Data Science and engineering teams to scope AI-enabled forecasting enhancements and to translate business needs into technical requirements, while

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with experience in cloud data platforms.
• Experience designing working with semantic layers and data models.
• Basic Python or Apps Script for simple automation.

Responsibilities

• Own core datasets and Semantic Layer to support self-service analytics.
• Automate recurring reporting and deep-dive analyses (MAPE/WMAPE).
• Build analytical models for scenario planning, S&OP, and production scheduling.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive tool evolution.
• Lead cross-functional forums and coordinate actions across teams.
• Collaborate with Data Science and engineering to scope enhancements.
