Job summary

Gousto is seeking a senior Supply Chain Operations lead to own category planning and drive end-to-end performance across the supply network. You will collaborate with Food, Buying, Operations and Tech to implement data-driven improvements and optimize supplier relationships.

You will play a pivotal role in achieving OKRs and KPIs while guiding a growing team and leveraging AI-enabled workflows to maximise efficiency and output.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of supply chain management practices and systems.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Leading functions and categories within Supply Chain Operations while guiding and mentoring the team.
• Highlighting risks during disruptions to prevent downtime and drive mitigations.
• Leading KPI reviews using Root Cause Analysis to improve performance.
• Analyzing data and trends to support OKRs and growth goals.
• Collaborating with Food, Buying, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Transformation and Tech to drive excellence.
• Managing relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance.
• Collaborating with Supply Chain Ops Managers to address concerns and maintain unity.
• Utilising AI capabilities to maximise team efficiency.
