Job summary

Wates Smartspace in Skelmersdale is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to lead the delivery of responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, and planned maintenance works across our social housing contracts.

You will manage supervisors, operatives, subcontractors and support staff, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client KPIs and service standards, and you will deputise for senior management when required.

Qualifications

• Experience within social housing, repairs, maintenance, or planned works.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety requirements and property maintenance legislation.
• Commercial awareness and performance-driven approach.
• Trade qualification preferred.
• SSSTS or SMSTS essential.
• Asbestos Awareness essential.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to lead the delivery of responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, and planned maintenance works across our social housing contracts

As a key member of the operational team, you will manage supervisors, operatives, subcontractors and support staff, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client KPIs and service standards. You'll also provide leadership support to the contract and deputise for senior management when required
