Daniel Owen is proud to represent a leading Housing Contractor in Essex, seeking a new Senior Supervisor to join their team overseeing major projects across East London.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to manage a team of supervisors and operatives involved in kitchen and bathroom refits, major voids, and disrepair projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise social housing major contracts, ensuring efficient and productive work by all operatives.
2. Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure projects are completed to high standards, on time, and handed back properly.
3. Ensure subcontractor and supplier works are performed according to work sheets and meet contract KPI targets.
4. Liaise with clients to address queries and resolve issues promptly.
5. Guarantee that work is completed on schedule and to quality standards.
6. Meet all client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
7. Complete and submit all required paperwork and reports following company procedures.
8. Oversee health and safety compliance on sites.
9. Maintain a tidy and safe workplace environment.
10. Accurately complete timesheets, work sheets, and reports.
11. Participate in inspections as necessary.

Key Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a Social Housing Supervisor.
2. Experience managing other supervisors.
3. Experience with reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects.
