An innovative agency is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Senior/Supervising Social Worker to join a dynamic team. This part-time, home-based position focuses on supporting foster carers in the East Midlands and Eastern areas, ensuring high-quality placements for children in care. Salary: £31,201 to £37,131 per annum dependent upon experience, rising to £41,948 with length of service (Pro Rata)
Benefits: £1,000 Car Allowance, 30 days Annual Leave, rising to 35 days' with length of service, + Bank Holidays, Company Pension, Life Assurance x2, Employee Discount Scheme & Medical Cash Plan. All Benefits Pro Rata’d.
Base location: Home Based – East Midlands/Eastern
Location: Caseload covering Northamptonshire & Leicestershire
