Job summary

Mint Velvet is seeking a Senior Style Advisor / Supervisor for a 10-hour weekly role in Milton Keynes. The position supports the Store Manager in daily store operations, stock control, and delivering Mint Velvet’s distinctive customer experience.

You should have prior key holder experience in fashion retail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to provide excellent service while leading a team and modeling Mint Velvet style.

Qualifications

• You’ll ideally have previous experience as a key holder in a fashion retail store.
• You love fashion and can offer excellent customer service.
• You work well as part of a team and live the Mint Velvet style.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in opening and closing, stock control and maintaining a beautiful environment for customers and staff.
• Demonstrate understanding of Mint Velvet’s market position and act on ideas or concerns affecting the store.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, including Personal Styling offerings.
• Achieve visual standards reflecting Mint Velvet guidelines to enhance the customer journey in-store.
• Be proactive in personal development and improve performance.
• Follow policies and run a robust operation.

The Role

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store, including opening & closing, stock control and maintaining a beautiful environment for your team and customers at all times
• Demonstrate outstanding understanding of Mint Velvet’s market position and competitors and use this to generate and act on any ideas, opportunities or concerns that may impact your store
• Ensure exceptional standards of customer service, including in our Personal Styling offering
• Achieve exceptional visual delivery which reflects the Mint Velvet visual guidelines; creating a sanctuary of style and service that enhances the customer journey and overall experience in-store
• Be proactive in driving your own personal development and continually improving your performance
• Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures and run a sound and robust operation
