Mint Velvet in Bristol—John Lewis is seeking a Senior Style Advisor to support the Store Manager and lead a small team in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, personal styling, and maintaining Mint Velvet’s premium store standards.

You will be expected to be an inspirational, helpful role model who embodies the Mint Velvet style, with a real love of fashion and a passion for creating a welcoming, stylish shopping

Qualifications

• Ideal: previous key holder experience in a fashion retail store.
• Love of fashion and excellent customer service.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Inspire and model Mint Velvet style and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store, including opening & closing, stock control and maintaining a beautiful environment for your team and customers at all times
• Demonstrate outstanding understanding of Mint Velvet’s market position and competitors and use this to generate and act on any ideas, opportunities or concerns that may impact your store
• Ensure exceptional standards of customer service, including in our Personal Styling offering
• Achieve exceptional visual delivery which reflects the Mint Velvet visual guidelines; creating a sanctuary of style and service that enhances the customer journey and overall experience in-store
• Be proactive in driving your own personal development and continually improving your performance
• Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures and run a sound and robust operation

The Role
