FM Conway is seeking an experienced Structures Team Leader to join our Consultancy division in London. This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading designers and inspectors, developing the team, securing new business and ensuring profitable delivery of highway structures projects.

You will own performance of the structures discipline, balancing technical excellence with resource planning, project controls and sustainable profitability while building strong client relationships across

Qualifications

• Member of IStructE or ICE with Chartered Engineer status.
• Significant structural engineering leadership and bid management experience.
• Experience with highway structures and client development.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop and performance-manage a team of structural designers and inspectors.
• Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders and external providers.
• Oversee planning, design and delivery of highway structures projects within schedules and budgets.
• Own monthly programme and financial performance, including margins and utilization.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat work and new commissions.
• Prepare reports, drawings, schedules, and cost estimates in line with local procedures.
• Manage the discipline's budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Collaborate across FM Conway to deliver integrated, profitable services.
