• Lead a diverse range of structural projects across sectors
• Oversee project delivery from concept to completion
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance
• Perform structural analysis and calculations
• Develop designs and drawings in AutoCAD, Tekla and Revit
• Occasional travel to client sites
