The role offers progression to Associate, support toward Chartership, training, and a hybrid working pattern with flexible hours and a generous holiday allowance; the firm has a long-standing presence with multiple UK offices.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary structural projects across sectors.
• Experience managing a team of engineers.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and calculations.
• Develop designs and drawings in AutoCAD, Tekla and Revit.
• Prepare technical documents and reports.
• Guide junior staff and ensure project delivery.
• Travel to client sites occasionally.
• Work 37.5 hours per week with flexible, hybrid schedule.
