You will oversee major projects from concept to completion, leading a team of engineers and ensuring delivery while benefiting from progression toward Associate and support toward Chartership.

The role offers hybrid working, a generous salary (£70,000–£75,000) plus £89k OTE, comprehensive training, and a company bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex structural engineering projects.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.
• Strong track record delivering projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse range of complex structural engineering projects across multiple sectors.
• Oversee a team of engineers and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Develop designs and drawings within AutoCAD, Tekla and Revit; prepare reports.
