Hybrid working arrangements with £70,000-£75,000 salary, £89k OTE, and a benefits package including training, progression planning, a company bonus, and 37.5 hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing projects.
• Experience managing a team of engineers.
• Progression towards Associate level and Chartership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse range of complex structural engineering projects.
• Oversee projects from concept through to completion.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers.
• Prepare documents and reports; develop designs in AutoCAD, Tekla and Revit.
• Occasional travel to client sites.
