Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Principle Structural Engineer in London. The role offers hybrid working, a strong progression path toward Associate and Chartership, and a package including £70,000–£75,000 base salary plus £89k OTE, plus training and a company bonus.

You will oversee major projects across multiple sectors, lead a team of engineers, and mentor staff while ensuring high-quality design work and client delivery.

Qualificações

• Experience leading structural projects.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.
• Proven track record in complex structural design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a range of structural engineering projects from concept to delivery.
• Develop designs and drawings using AutoCAD, Tekla and Revit.
• Prepare technical documents and reports.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and oversee project delivery.
• Occasional travel to client sites.
