Job summary

AVEVA, a global industrial software leader, seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs & Operations to support the VP, Strategic Programs and Operations. Based in Cambridge with a hybrid schedule, you will guide cross‑functional teams, drive governance, and advance the CTO organization's innovative portfolio.

You will manage budget, align priorities with enterprise strategy, produce executive reporting, and shape operating rhythms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, business operations, program/portfolio management or chief-of-staff roles.
• Experience driving governance and accountability across matrixed teams.
• Strong executive presence and judgment for senior leadership.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments within technology/innovation contexts.

Responsibilities

• Execute and govern the CT Org portfolio of innovation initiatives.
• Manage planning, allocation, and tracking of the CTO budget.
• Align CT Org priorities with operating plans, milestones and governance routines.
• Improve operating rhythms: reporting, decision logs, risk registers, executive communications.
