Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with commercial software product development.

• Experience collaborating with teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program management for value realization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Portfolio to track KPIs and assess performance.
• Work with multiple teams to align value drivers and execution plans.
• Monitor and oversee program risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Engage with senior leaders through regular reporting.
