Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Project Administrator (Programme Specialist) to join the Commercial Engagement team. Based in London, Cambridge, or Hyderabad, this role supports cross-functional, globally distributed events and programmes with a focus on governance and effectiveness.

You will coordinate webinars, enablement events, and content management while engaging stakeholders at all levels. A hybrid work approach and a proactive, organized attitude are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Project support for Commercial Engagement Programmes.
• Enablement led commercial events for internal teams and partner ecosystem.
• Event website and mobile app development and maintenance (Swoogo/Amego).
• Commercial comms governance, execution and analysis (Outlook/Poppulo).
• Internal webinars and stakeholder management.
• Support in planning, organizing and executing Commercial Enablement events.
• Lead the Webinar Programme with internal stakeholders.
