Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Project Administrator (Programme Specialist) to join the Commercial Engagement team in London, with hybrid work options across London, Cambridge or Hyderabad. You will plan and execute key internal events globally, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring consistent engagement.

The role involves managing webinars, calendars, and content, plus supporting procurements for enablement initiatives and maintaining event platforms.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the industrial software industry is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exemplary organizational and programmatic skills.
• Highly motivated with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support for Commercial Engagement Programmes.
• Support enablement events for internal teams and partner ecosystem (IGNITE/RE-IGNITE/ELEVATE/ENABLE/ACADEMY).
• Develop and maintain event websites and apps (Swoogo/Amego).
• Govern, execute, and analyse commercial communications (Outlook/Poppulo).
• Plan and manage internal and partner webinars.
• Coordinate content uploads for webinars and events (PACE/OneSpace).
• Manage procurement for Commercial Enablement requirements (Oracle).
