Job summary

QinetiQ in London is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead strategic customer relationships within the national security arena and to drive high-value opportunities across major programmes.

You will shape strategy, manage complex portfolios, and align delivery teams with a single customer plan while ensuring delivery excellence and strong commercial oversight. The role requires eligibility for eDV clearance, and it operates on a 37-hour week with three site days in London.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in UK National Security environments.
• Strong knowledge of OT, cyber, or adjacent digital domains.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex programmes or major portfolios.
• Excellent commercial acumen and growth orientation.
