Job summary

QinetiQ, based in London, is seeking a Client Manager to bridge customer needs with QinetiQ’s capabilities, building strategic relationships across National Security accounts and driving growth. You’ll identify opportunities, shape propositions and coordinate specialists to deliver differentiated solutions.

The role requires 37 hours per week at the London site, travel to other QinetiQ and customer sites, and eligibility for eDV clearance.

Qualifications

• Passion for emerging technologies in National Security (AI, Space, Data Intelligence, Autonomous Systems, Quantum, Digital Engineering).
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused narratives.
• Commercial mindset with focus on customer value and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities across National Security customers and articulate value propositions.
• Coordinate across IDTS and broader teams to align experts and capabilities for opportunities.
• Understand customer priorities, technology trends and procurement activity to forecast demand.
• Engage with Account Directors and technical specialists to shape opportunities and increase win probability.
